I am going to Iftar Dinner thats in Dubai. From last more than half month, i had been reminding my sis that I wont go to Dubai alone, will be good if she n her hubz comes along. And she said yes no prob. Will come with you.

But just last nite she said they are not coming . Coz hubby ka mood nahin hai theek. Bhala isnt it ridiculous. It should not be about mood , should be about keeping your promise. right? Hudd ho gaiee , how i m gonna drive to Dubai in evening when Eid is almost there. Everyone will be on the road for shopping etc.

I dont want to refuse to friends also that i wont be able to make it. It looks bad actually. It was planned long back that we friends will meet up on so n so date for iftar. Already few of freinds have withdrawn their name for personal reasons. I cannot do the same now. Hopefully I ll reach to the meet point safe n sound and without much trouble. The place is not new for me but I have never drove much on Dubai roads n the meet point is kind of in the center of city... Dubai traffic is crazy

Anyway lets see.... Allah kher karay.

Okay so latest at my end is ....... I am moving to a new place once again. Yes exact after one year and 3 months, I have found a new place and I am moving there hopefully within this month.

Now this was not my idea. Once again my sis is playing her role in rolling me along with her. The issue is that the place where they r currently staying is tooooo expensive. Its a two bedroom apt, quite spacious. BIL says the rent is too high for him to afford so lets move to one bed apt. They found one for theirselves and found one for me too, once again adjacent to their apt. The new rent for them would be almost half of what they are paying now. But for me its gone high I will be paying more than what I am paying here.

I told to sis that Madam I cannot afford this much money. I am not married and I do not have a husband who ll be paying for me. She said she will help me financially, not the whole difference amount but whatever she can do. okay thats fine but still....................

Secondly she says she is not going to leave me alone , so I must need to move with her.

Thirdly, my nephew is quite attached with me, he spends hrs n hrs with me and not cries even once. So its an advantage to have me around them, coz then they can leave him with me and go out for shopping or cinema or any lunch dinners etc.

Fourthly, the new place is better. Obviously if I am paying high so must be good too.

So I guess I have no option. I need to move. I have so many things on my tasks to do list this month. e.g.

1- Packing

2- Moving

3-Un-packing

4- CHAMP exam - I need to study hard, I must pass it this time.

5- Need to follow up on my balance money from my current owner. I have paid him already for whole year and stayed just three months out of 12 months. So he is supposed to give me the 9months payment back. he is not a very straight person. Dont know how am i gonna get my cheque from him.

6- I am badly tied up with office work now days as I am to take over my colleague's role in this month, coz she is going on 3 1/2 months maternity leave. Due to that already I am leaving office at 8-9pm almost everyday.

7- The commuting prob from new place is another nightmare. Told few ppl to look for a good 2nd hand car for me. I do not want to get myself into bank loans but I do not want myself to be dependant on others. So car is a need now.

All these things are keeping me on my toes .... and i was thinking why am i missing Lahore so badly. May be coz I am tensed thats why want to see my parents.

haan i do agree of family also taking advantage, agar there is a function or a wedding or they want to go out. They know that i will stay at home and so they go whereever they want...same goes with sister's as well...but what to do, *sigh*, we love those chunnu-munnu so much na.

you are moving and sooo much work to do, do shout out if you need help from us...fayax may be free to help out .
